Baking is a passion of mine.  I have been whisking, blending, mixing, folding, and stirring for over fifty years and learned from the best:  my mother, Ann.  my earliest memories are standing with her in the kitchen as she patiently taught me the basics.  mom's loving care and attention to quality ingredients have stayed with me and are a critical part of everything that comes out of my kitchen.

years later, i had the privilege of owning and baking for my own dessert cafe'--Dessert Escape Cafe'--located in Barnegat, nj.

when i relocated to florida in 2010, i continued baking for friends, family, and then for so many new friends and clients...you know me as Pam's Sweet Tooth.

i thank all of you for trusting me with your special occasions and i loved  creating all of your requests...from an order of cupcakes to the detailed fondant-decorated cakes.

As I move forward, my focus will be on "intimate" sized desserts and treats.  i look forward to tempting and satisfying your taste buds.
